What we repair
When something lets go
Most calls start with water where it shouldn’t be. These are the failures we respond to.
Burst and frozen pipes
Split copper, cracked PEX and fittings that let go in a cold snap. We stop the water, repair the run and show you where it failed.
Failed supply lines
Washing machine hoses, toilet and sink supplies, ice-maker lines. A small part that floods a floor.
Water heater leaks
A tank that has rusted through or a fitting that has let go. We shut it down, drain it and replace it or the part.
Water main and service line breaks
A break between the street and the house. We shut it off, find it and repair or replace the line.
Sewer and drain backups
We stop the backup and clear the line. Cleanup and disinfecting go to a restoration company.
Repiping after failures
When a house has had more than one failure, the plumber walks you through repairing the run or replacing it.
After the pipe
Restoration partners do the drying
We repair plumbing. Drying a house is a different trade.
We work with two independent restoration companies in the area. When a break has soaked floors and walls, we can call one for you. You can also use your own or the company your insurer prefers. Either way, we open only what it takes to reach the pipe.
You choose who dries the house
We share photos with them only if you say so
They keep the drying log; we keep the plumbing record

What we don’t do
Handed off, on purpose
Drying and demolition
A restoration company dries the structure and removes wet drywall and flooring.
Mold testing and removal
If water sat for days, a mold specialist is the right call.
Deciding coverage
Your insurer decides what your policy pays. We supply the documents.
