A plumbing shop built around the first hour
Ratliff Plumbing is Aubrey Ratliff’s shop on Whipple Avenue. Sixteen people, a dispatch desk, and a night crew that rotates so the same few people are not on call every week.
The crew does everyday plumbing too, so the people who show up at night are the ones who know your house on a Tuesday. We built the paperwork habit in because a burst pipe is also a claim, and the claim goes better when the plumber has taken the photos and written down the cause.
