What we collect

When you call, text or fill in a form, we collect your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem, and any photos you send. We use them to book and do the work and to write the paperwork you ask for.

Who sees it

The crew and office staff who work on your job. If you ask us to share photos and notes with a restoration company or your insurer, we do. We don’t sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to see which pages are read. It does not track you across other sites.

Your choices

Call or email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Some records, such as invoices, we keep for tax and licensing reasons.
